Yes, I know. Rules suck. But they're very important. If you don't read the rules properly, you might not be added to the fanlisting, so pay attention!

1. Fill out all the fields in the form correctly.
2. You don't need a website to join. However, if you do have a website, and you'd like it to be listed, then please put a code up in a place that I can easily locate it within two minutes. If I cannot find the code, you will still be listed, but your website will not.
3. I will accept all members, but I will not link to a website if it contains any offensive material. I reserve the right to choose which websites do or do not get listed.
4. You don't have to give me your full name, but please do not type a screen name that has numbers or symbols. I will only accept real first names (or full names), or screen names that contain only letters.
5. I will not e-mail you once you've been added. So, if you are not listed by the next update after you've submitted, please re-submit, as there may have been a problem with the form. If you've still not been added, please e-mail me, along with your information, and let me know that the form did not work so I can fix the problem.
6. UK is not a country. Please specify which country you're from.
7. Please not that this is NOT a fanlisting for Venomvandemon (Venomyotismon), or Belialvandemon (Malomyotismon). This is just a fanlisting for his perfect (ultimate) form, Vandemon.
8. And lastly, you must be a fan of Vandemon to join, but I suppose you knew that.
